Well, last week I set out to upgrade my computer. The person I went to order the parts I needed from (a motherboard and some processors) assured me it would only take a couple of days to come in. After all, the warehouse was only a few hours away.

I'm sorry to hear that bud... its something I'm going to have to do sometime soon I think too, overhaul my machine... a prospect I'm not looking forward to. Besides being expensive, it'll mean going from 32 to 64bit, which is likley to open up a whole world of pain from my OS... computers, who'd have 'em...

It was a small Local one called Savage Systems. I tend to try and support local merchants first, before going to the more anonymous internet for my orders. But that store just wore my patience too thin.
