God I'm being lazy lately. Sprink Break ruined me. I felt like i didn't really get to have a break and now I want one! Especially since it's been nicer outside lately. I think that's happening to everyone right now though. Not that I'm spending much time outside, I'm just not motivated to do anything other than hang around the house all day, ( Read more... )

I bet Kevin looks so much better now. :P And Living next to the park has gotta be a blast in the summer. I say yay.

I thought about doing that once after Aaron and Jerri moved out.
The reasons why I thought better of it:
1. I didn't want to live under/in a party house (imo).
2. I was told (by Zac) that the gas bill downstairs plunged in to the triple digits.
3. Close to the park, but that area is an awfully sketchy neighborhood (imo).

most of those are personal peference, that's a nice place to live minus the gas bill part, which if you are both gainfully employed and don't mind it I'd say go for it.
and I agree with what Josh said, having lived next to a fair share of crazys.

hmm something to think about for sure... but the gas bill here has gotten pretty large before too, so we might be able to handle it.

Kevin's house isn't really a party house anymore though.... he's in school now and has calmed down a bit. And about the sketchy neighborhood, I know that. My car got broken into in his back parking lot a few years ago... but nothing has ever happened to Kevin's cars, so it may have just been that I had a civic (that ended up getting stolen from MY neighborhood later on anyway).

I'm still going to go look at it, how can it hurt?
