Ugh! What is with this place!? It's a complete disaster, not to mention it SMELLS HORRID. I want out, right now. My cool buds are going to get infected or worse the longer they're here with me!

It's a city called Discedo. It is pretty bad, but some of the people aren't. They've even repaired some of the buildings.
