Does anyone know where I can get cheap leather pauldrons from?
Or does anyone have one that they dont want anymore and are willing to sell to me cheap?

And does anyone know how hard it might be to attach a brass piece to a leather pauldron once I get hold of a pauldron?

Make them, and depending on how secure you want to make the brass piece, anything from pretty easy to moderately easy.
