Please share the name of your workout journal. I need something to inspire me. We have a little gym here, but I have only used it once. I'm not one to enjoy riding a bike that doesn't go anywhere, when I can ride one that will take me somewhere new, so I need to get over it and get my ass on a bike.
I like the idea of rewards and penalties. Maybe Brian and I can try some of that. He's been losing weight. I haven't. I feel skinny one day and fat another. Seems like everyone is doing something healthy except me, and I want to change that.

My journal is meant to inspire, and I hope it does just that. I'm really unhappy in my skin, and I wanted to do something about it. I was even considering doing a "weight-loss challenge" type thing if people were interested. None of that "ha ha! I lost weight and you didn't" bullshit, but creating realistic goals for each other and supporting each other to accomplish those goals! And we could totally do it over LJ... Take your celly with you while you bike, and I can tred away on the other line. We could still work out together, even if it is long distance! :)

I've been pigging out and hormonal and it's reeking havoc on my complexion....lol.
Although hitting the gym takes away some of the stress....lol.
