I've noticed is that if you put your pictures in a sub-folder(or a sub-sub-folder). they tend to not even bother with them.

I've had 4 nude/semi-nude photos on my account for like a year and they haven't restricted them at all.

I have noticed that most all of your image links are in the main section of your album.

Try that and see if it works for you.

you could also try using picasa.
I switched recently and I'm very happy with it. And its securty features.
