is sealed! so as i was inspecting this great find that i got for 2 dollars, i notice that the only way to get money or chicken out of it is to break it!!!

Is the subject meant to be read like CA bound as in California bound or Ca bound as in the way someone from MA would pronounce "car bound"? Because really it works either way.
