Yeah, you've pretty much got it down. No one walks anywhere because 1) everyone has cars, and 2) because it's so goddamn HOT.

Also, yeah, SCV hasn't really caught on to the "green" movement yet, so having people actually using their own bags is sure to send them for a loop.
