[Pans the video to his face, grinning with a hint of mischief-- or is that just his face? The grin turns into a brief toothy smile before he turns the video to pan around his surroundings. If he was here for a while, at least he'd make efforts to record where he's been!]

[Voice is chipper as he speaks]Well my time here has been, if anything, ( Read more... )

Why not test your theories out first hand, if you're so curious?

It would involve killing someone or watching someone die! Something like that's wrong in my book-- for the most part.

--Not to mention, dying never seemed much fun.

I dunno, have you died here?

Everyone dies sometime.

When that happens I'll take notes.

Besides, there's more interesting stuff to this place than just dying, I think.

Wouldn't it be just like anything else in life? You die of your own free will for the most of it. It's really only your wisdom that can pull you out of it.

As for the familiars. Just be glad you don't have one.

Wisdom and luck, usually, yeah. I've just seen it from the outside-- really have no desire to see it from within, you know?

Though the ability would have been useful back home.

You know, that's the general impression I get. What's so wrong with them?

Oh sure, I understand what you mean. You want to get to know the embodiment of the death but not die fully.

Wouldn't it be useful, anywhere? One would be immortal.

It's more or less that they're wearing out their welcome so to speak. I wouldn't hold it against anyone, but mine started chewing on a Bonsai I've been working with. Needless to say I'm not overly impressed.

Something like that. Maybe more like... say you know someone who's dead but you want to bring them back. Just for example.

...It would be useful and-- heh, deadly. More like I'm wondering if the death revival is an item or the location of this place. I'd have a use for it, but only once.

Well, that's where training comes in. If anything what I've had ample amount of here is time and that's always inviting mischief. Unless, of course, you have something to do.

Some of the natives here can cross over to the other side. They might be able to tell you more.

I've been a bit wary to approach anyone from here. Do they think we're intruders? It doesn't seem like it...

Heh, probably best to just up and ask them personally instead of guessing.
