WOOO!!!
Just came back from Monterey. It was crazy go nuts fun! Long ass bus ride. We took First place in the Vocal Jazz Ensemble Division! We rocked it hardcore! Fun times.
Rode the mechanical bull at the arcade in Cannery Row...I don't think I'm going to be able to have children for a while after that painful bull ride...
Some bad news though... Jazz Ensemble A didn't place in the Top 3 finalists because of questionable judging... Kinda blows for them... They seriously should have won the damn thing.
That night was fun. The Guchmeister and Hami bought ALL of us dinner at this Italian restaurant. (I ate so fucking much this weekend...insanity). Went back to the hotel...hung out with the LACHSA folks who were staying in the same hotel...THOSE KIDS ARE AWESOME MAN...well some of them. Then we went back to our hotel rooms and hung out in the bathroom................
Sat in our room after the bathroom and tripped out over this WAAAAY fucked up cartoon...was fuckin weird. Like there were mini people that were like overpopulating and these blue aliens wanted to kill them. Weird shit.
Bus ride home was fun and quick. But I threw up before we left so i wasn't feelin too good for the first hour of the bus ride. But after a hearty nap I was up and ready for the rest of the ride.
I am gonna try and get some pics from the trip from some other folks. I would have taken pics but my fuckin camera is still broken....BAH!
Right now I'm just relaxin at home. If anyone wants to chill tonight give me a ring!
