There is a great story behind the finding of this song. When we were in New York last week, we were getting on the subway in Williamsburg to go into the city and there was this women sitting on the ground playing guitar with her little case open with a few bills in it. She played that song and i was in total aww... she had the most amazing voice ever and after she was done she said who the song was by. i recorded the whole thing on my camera. Then.. OH and then.... She started playing In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins.. which yes, i am a huge dorky fan of that song alone. I have alot of different versions of it already and then when she started playing it, i freaked out and got up and sat down next to her with my camera on the ground with subway traffic flowing all around me, told her how awsome she was and how she made my day Complete, threw some money in her thing and just Sat there happy as can be. Her name was Courtney. Im not sure if she was homeless- she could have been just jammin out down there, but i never saw her ( ... )
