Two measly sentences today. Bringing this sucker to an acceptable end proves harder than expected. And today was baking day. So, I did write something, but it isn't even snippet-worthy. *sigh*

Two sentences means the story is still moving along - I find getting to the end is like a final uphill climb at the end of a marathon.

That is very true!

You have words, and you have baking. Sounds like success to me.

I'm still on target to achieve my goal. 461 words today and not far from the end of the story.

Nice! You're progressing at an even pace, and that's good.

Had a lazy day wordcount-wise, but I did have an idea that changed the start of my story, so am going back to revise the first six or seven paragraphs (luckily, it only needs that much). Plus I have a vague plan for my Secret Santa story (which I must must must start this week), wrote down some ideas and brainstorming, and worked out if I need to research the holiday season in the country involved )I think I do.)

Revising is almost always a really positive thing - and getting an idea and a plan is a very major part of the writing story.

A plan always helps, even if I so often end up veering way off it... at least it gives me something to not write {veg}

Hah! Just don't get lost in all that wonderful research instead of actually starting the story! I know it happens to me all the time...
