so im here,,,my dad and i arrived at 4:00 at the hospital and went straight to my grandfathers side,,he is drugged up. the second i walked into his room iwalked right back out and nearly puked. my grandfather is in the icu of the memorial hospital in miami and the doctors say its very serious. I am going to miami with my dad now......Dear god, help me be strong for my father.

so ,ive been back with my personal trainer for a week and ive been back on my semi-diet for like two weeks,,i can feel a difference,,im hoping if i stay with dena"my trainer i can be where i want to as fay as physical aspects are concerned

we broke up,,im single

so i tried body waxing,,,umm didnt hurt,,effective and yes i would recomend it to others
