Well you know how you created the first point?
- By clicking on the line, it doesnt really matter where, but typically closer to the bottom
You do the same to create the second, just click on the line higher than your first and enter your values :)

If you still have troubles, I will upload the PSD :)

like the first point has two numbers, but hwen i try, it wont let me give numbers to the 2nd point.
