so, i had registration today and got my schedule card, which i guess can only mean one thing: my senior year starts in two days.  honestly, where did my life go? i'm not ready to deal with college and its crap, maybe i just won't go...kidding.

Good for your mom! She's right; the kids shouldn't be put in the middle of scheduling conflicts between AYS and APS. I mean, really, it's not your fault, and you're not a bad person for trying to do what's best. Quit if you feel you need to, but I wouldn't quit just because Kats is an asshole. I'm glad that I was in it last year even though I did have problems. I doubt Susie even cares...in fact, she probably understands. Good for you.
I miss you, btw. I love you so much. I'm going to miss you so much this year, but that why we have livejournal! Yay.
It sounds like your band's attitude is turning around. We had the same problem my freshmen-junior years. Last year was the first year that we really didn't have all of the attitude problems, and look how much we improved. You guys can be great, and if you think that's where you're needed, than you made the right decision going to band camp.
