i skipped bio class tonight. tomorrow is the hollins open house.

good news:
i was officially accepted.

great news:
the portfolio i submitted was approved for a scholarship.

the shitty news:
there might not be enough funding left for the scholarship, with some bullshit about first-come-first-serve and my application being held up.

god, i hope so. my thoughts right now, given all the stress of trip-planning and final exams, are more along the lines of whatever is supposed to happen will happen. not so much fatalistic, but i really just take things as they come, because that's all i really can do. i try not to lose sleep over things that are out of my control, except for other people's behavior. but i don't think i will ever accept that concept. at any rate, thanks for the encouragement, i sure as hell need it.
