2) Supernatural charms... yes on Neku (within reason), no on Otoha and Naoya.
3) Same as above.
4) Yes for all my characters!
5) I am going to say no.
6) Yes for Neku, no for Naoya, maybe for Otoha but he might attempt to hurt her if she does.

... Hrm. While I can think of a few one-off gags, I think actually that exploring Neku's dreams might be the most interesting thing to do at some point.

1) You can imitate Lucia and Nanoha (there are canon cases for each, anyway).
2) Lucia's straight and Nanoha's nine, so no, not really.

Pid's not the type to view straightness as a major blockade, I'd like to note. Though, yeah, it's unlikely at best she'd try to seduce Nanoha. Mess with her, yeah, seduce, uh, no.
