I'm a food addict. I can't stop myself, and it's going to kill me. So I'm looking at surgery. Probably a sleeve gastrectomy. It's one of several surgical options, and appears to be not only the least complicated but the most effective. It's something I've been thinking about for a while now. The hubby's grandma and I just finished whupping each other at scrabble. I love that lady.

Why is it that it always seems to strike just when things are getting better. I get over my cold and start going to the gym and it's like WHAM have a boot to the head filled with smelly fish. The fish of depression. *sigh* and the stench just doesn't go away.

Wow. I feel better all of the sudden.

I'm over the sick, but I've been mopey lately. Wish I knew what was up. Still looking forward to Tekko, though!

So I was in the hospital Monday night with lower abdominal pain. Thought it might be appendicitis, but the CAT scan showed nothing. I'm back home, and have had no pain since. I do, however, have a major cold. Fun week, this one.

Heading out to Pittsburgh tomorrow, Friday, with Hilary. Looking forward to a rocking good time with all friends I get to see.

"Dearly Beloved" is onstage tonight and Feb 20 and 21. Not so coincidentally, I'm in it! I'd love to see anybody there who wants to come. Curtains up at 8PM at the Sharonville Fine Arts Performance Center on 11165 Reading Rd . *squee*

Hilary opened her home to our friends for a magnificent sleepover, and I am still giddy over all the fun had.

In other news, I plan on visiting Pittsburgh at the end of February with Hil!
