Delusions, Desperation and Democrats

Over the last several weeks I have watched in awe as a dominant force in American and world politics has attempted to destroy itself. If you were the only person voting in the upcoming elections, the democratic party would be in trouble. I am unwilling to label everyone in Alabama a lunatic, but there are some there.

When I was born some of the great citizens of your state were passing around postcards and photographs of communities complete with their children in attendance of other citizens being lynched, burned and castrated.

When I was born your great fellow citizens did every thing they could think of to deny other citizens their constitutional rights.

Do you have any friends and/or relatives that participated or condoned these acts of terror? What part of your upbringing was affected growing up with people harboring such terribe thoughts?

Who are the real lunatics?

the Right cannot survive without an enemy to vilify. The Democrats are still suffering from their passage of the Civil Rights Act, and the Republicans are still reaping the benefits of demonization: Islamofascists, feminazis, gays, Hollywood liberals, Northern elitists, blacks, welfare recipients, Mexicans, you name it. They exist through vilification and fear. Odd their so religious too huh?

really no need to villify you with a reply, but....

Try to remember that a greater percentage of REPUBLICANS voted for the Civil Rights Act than did Democrats.

Also take note of the fact that the Republican Party was formed as an anti-slavery party.
