Does this sound like someone you know? “So there I was - my checking account overdrawn, my credit cards maxed out, and all my monthly bills were coming due. I didn’t have any money to pay them because I’d already blown it elsewhere. No problem! I just went out and borrowed some money and paid everything for the month. It was so easy, I think I may

"I’m sick of a government that expects more and more from its employers and offers less in return."
This statement in patently false. The republicans are the party for corporate interests and see to it that they don't pay their fair share. They know they can't shift the burden solely on individuals so they run up the debt which will hurt us all in the long run. Sort of a back door approach to screwing individuals to take care of corporations. I've been a corporate tax auditor for over 23 years and corporations pay very little federal income tax after all their credits and tax shelters are considered.

All you have to do to see how wrong you are is to look at the growth of the economy and the growth of personal wealth in America. Home ownership is at an all-time high, including minority home ownership. Unemployment is at 4.8%. Interest rates remain low and inflation is at an acceptable level. All of these things benefit regular everyday people.
And don't forget that "evil" corporations are owned by shareholders. Most of those shareholders are also just plain everyday folks who buy stock to build their nest eggs.
And, you seem to be ignoring the fact that the top 5% of wage earners are paying roughly 90% of all taxes. I'd say they're paying MORE than their fair share.
Lastly, how would you know what I am or am not "sick of?"
I plainly stated in the article that I do not approve of the "borrow and spend" practices of the Repubs any more than the "tax and spend" habits of the Dems. It sounds to me like you had your mind made up before you ever started reading.
How typical.
