o.k well i have a new journal now and since i hurt myself at work i will be able to keep one since i will no longer be out on the road. well my mom is at work and her bf is sleeping and my let is hurting l;ike a mo-fo.. but on the good side of things i am making chicken and dumplins for dinner that is the perfect diet food...
