This is fucking stupid, in Maine did you realize that you are not allowed to have tattoos done on the lower arms, or even allowed to get genital piercings with out facing jail time? Its also kind of sad that that is another state where all some one has to do is say "Im a piercer" get a T.I.N. (Tax Id number) and feel free to just WALK all over the people that actually care about not only good and qaulity work but making the piercing a pleasent expierence..so many ppl are fucking snakes by mutilating some thing so beutiful....and I hope that "bill heath" get what is coming to him, Getting shoved off a cliff.
