I got my nostril done at the beginning of summer, and am itching to get something else done once it fully heals :) I was thinking of a center lip stud, but am not sure.

Maybe a philtrum if anything, but I like what you've got now.

agree. plus philtrum/nose hoop combo is one of the best combos out there imo
