i'm having the usual facial piercing urge, and i'm hoping you guys can help me out :)
i already have double nostrils and a septum piercing. i'm open to anything :) here are a few pictures. sorry if they're huge!

i think you should get a labret or lip. maybe snakebites since you have double nostril. but your mouth is underrepresented :)

and on second thought, a lip ring with just a stud in it, on the side (like a snakebite but only 1) would look excellent on you.
