I'm not sure if I want to get a piercing or not at this point (other than my ears..I'm getting a tragus piercing this weekend), but I'd love to know what you all think would look good on me in case I change my mind!

Maybe it's a good thing I haven't gotten any then ;) I had my eyebrow done but that was silly because my hair and glasses hid it allll the time. Didn't really look good on me either.

I think a septum or labret could look good.

nostril piercing is always a good sophisticated option. septums are nice because they can be hidden easily.
