 Right now I just have a nostril piercing, but was thinking of turning it into a double nostril + septum piercing. I am a big fan of the symmetry of it.

So, do you think I could pull it off?

I could see two nostril studs. I do not think two rings would be a good idea. In addition, I don't think a septum would suit you.

Your nose looks a lot like mine, and I have double nostrils and get compliments all the time. :) But yeah, switch to a stud and get two of them--rings aren't too good looking on noses like ours!

Yeah I should have added I would switch to two tiny studs. My nose is smallish, so I'd want small studs and a small septum if I got it .
