I actually took two shits today.
What the hell is that??
I just got back from my second one now. Neither had the textural qualities of diarrhea, so I know its not that. If I go a third time before I go to bed, I will be quite aggitated and will probably lose sleep pondering that age-old question "why?"
Perhaps I should call Darth for advice.

I wouldn't worry about it man...probably just ate more fiber, or drank more coffee then usual :-P
