May be close to a new mathematical theory. Need more time to develop it, but too busy. Obviously it's hard to break truly new ground in mathematics but if my ideas check out they could represent a fairly novel approach to a familiar topic. No no.
homework will always be there. Even if you do it all, and do it all perfectly, thinking about it and exploring your answers to the true best of your ability, there will always be more homework. Recognition or not, that theory will be yours. You pursue that. Don't ignore your homework, but having that will be more of an accomplishment than any mountain of homework ever could be. Any one can just do homework.
