So when I meet someone new for some reason one of the first things that I notice about them is the flaws. When I see someone walking down the street I notice physical imperfections. When I look at a paper I notice flaws first. When I look at someones math problems imperfections in thier handwriting jump out at me. I never let these things

I would not recommend reading Ender's Game. Instead, I would recommend The Millionaires, by Max something. Unfortunately, I do not have time to explain why I think that.
