1. open your base. sharpen if you want. then:
duplicate your base twice. set both to screen.
2. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > COLOR BALANCE
midtones: -16, 0, 46
shadows: -21, 13, 0
highlights: -18, -13, -29
uncheck preserve luminosity
3. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > HUE/SATURATION
only work with saturation
master: 40
yellows: 10
reds: 45
4. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > SELECTIVE COLOR
reds: -54, 30, 24, 10
yellows: -100, 0, 64, 0
cyans: 100, 0, 0, 100
neutrals: 51, 5, -55, 10
blacks; 100, -15, 20, 0
on relative
results vary according to the opacity of the screen layers on step 1. fiddle with it til you get what you like =]
