okay. first things first. rule: don't take as your own.
1. take your base. sharpen if needed
2. duplicate it thrice. set the first two to soft light and the last one to screen.
3. add a new layer. fill with E8D1B0 and set this to multiply 100%.
4. add another layer. fill with 070C3D and set to exclusion 100%.
5. go back to your screened layer and control its opacity til it suits you.
