1. take your base. duplicate it and set to screen. the opacity of this layer depends on the image.
2. add a new hue/saturation layer. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > HUE SATURATION
saturation: 40 (or depending on your image orrr you can always lessen the opacity of this layer if your outcome gets too saturated)
3. add a selective color layer. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > SELECTIVE COLOR
reds: -100, 20, 0, 0
greens: 100, 100, -100, 0
nautrals: 15, 10, 0, -10
4. add another selective color layer. LAYERS > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > SELECTIVE COLOR
reds: -80, 0, 0, 15
yellows: 100, -50, 50, -50
neutrals: 100, 0, -30, -15
