I resolve to:
*procrastinate less*
keep up my sketch book/journal
go to the gym, or at least stretch and such in my room
eat healthier... most of the time...

Goodbye to 2007, the year, the class, and the state of mind. Toto, we're not in high school anymore.

I have another blog. Yes, I know I have two already... which is certainly enough... but this promises to be less of a blog and more of a collecting spot for stuff that I like / think is cool / funny / find inspiring. Sort of like virtual newspaper clippings... or scrap booking... or something...

I don't want to brag... but we got our grades back... and well, I've still got it ;)

note: if you are walking on deserted city streets at 2 AM, cab drivers will offer you free rides. I only had three blocks to go, and it could have been nice, or it could have been sketchy, so I just endured the cold. But still, it's good to be back and it's nice to know.

So, I got my extra day thanks to the snowstorm that came through. It was lovely, for I lay on my bed, watched movies, and knitted, and realized I had absolutely no reason to feel guilty about it. I cleaned my room up a bit so it will be nicer to return to in a month, and finished up my packing. I spent time with friends saying better goodbyes ( Read more... )

I never thought this would happen, but I don't want to go home. Now that I'm done with exams and work, I realize how close I've become to all the people around me, and the thought of having more than a month where I can't go down the hall to one of their rooms to talk or be distracted or bitch or moan is sad. I can't bring myself to study. I've changed my sheets and done my laundry, and spent too much time admiring knitting on ravelry, but I haven't started studying. I'm at that point where you're just so close to being done, only one more exam... tomorrow night... I just can't get started... Finals week will be the death of me. I slept too late this morning and wasted precious working hours. And my boots are too big. And I don't even have time to spend with my George Gibbs.
