Winter Break!
I have been enjoying my first day of winter break (even though I have been sick for the past week with a stupid cold). I'm Off!
Well I am off to Otakon! Hopefully, I will hear about a job soon because teachers go back to work very soon (on Wednesday in Loudoun). I applied to Fauquier county today--now I have officially applied to all of the counties around me. I will also post pictures of my new (first) pet--Sokka the chinchilla. =) He is soooooooooo cute and soft! ^^ -
I'm Back!
I got back from my 2 week vacation in Ireland yesterday evening (it felt like 10-11 pm due to the time change). I'll post more info and hopefully pictures soon. School's Out for the Summer!
Yeah--school is finally over! I turned in my paper (30% of grade) on Friday after getting sick. Somehow, the one week I am not around students, I get sick! I woke up with an ear ache this morning along with a cough. Grrr......I hope it goes away or at least gets better before I leave on my family trip on Sunday. SPRING BREAK!!!
It's finially spring break! The students in the classes I subbed in last week were mentally already gone. Hopefully the weather will get into the 60's like it did on Friday. If someone could find me a song from Swan Lake (the ballet) in MP3 or wav format and email it (or send me the link) to me--they would be my best friend! I need a song for a project and every place I go I have to pay for it. If someone knows how to make a track from a commercial CD into an MP3 let me know. I am willing to convert the file type.
