*blinking* Uh huh. Same, same, same (well, my pops wasn't a pastor but I always joked that I was born on a pew) and first saw 'Dirty Dancing' while at an NYI Convention (Nazarene Youth International, but you likely already knew that). ;) I found myself in a hotel room where 15 or so of us had gathered, & they had on 'Dirty Dancing'; it was the most heart-pounding, erotic thing I'd ever seen. I honestly worried that I might swoon pass out in front of everyone. *chuckles*

Hmm. *slides it into Netflix queue*

I've been reading fanfic the past few days when I can sneak in a moment & O.M.g. it's melted the elastic in my underwear & caused my brain to dribble out my ears. *flail*

Oh I love that movie! It was hot yet oh so sweet. Tight there with you even though I was a full grown knowing adult when it came out.

{{{{hugs}}}} on the constricted life view growing up....it makes things so much more confusing later no matter how well intentioned. My parents talked about the facts of life but only in clinical terms....different kinds of confusion ensued.
