I'm actually doing allright today, nothing special happened. I've been asked to talk more about what's going on, even if it is minor so here I am, just as requested. I'll give more of what I think although I will control myself

i have people who check for scars now, too.
it helps me, makes me think before i cut. makes me not do things i know would make others upset.
