I was at the usual Father's Day BBQ that our little subcommunity of friends and family does, and our friend Brad was there. Everyone started talking about making movies, because Brad and my uncle had just produced the short film contest or something like that which just took place in Albuquerque last night. So, I told Brad about the idea that

let's do it. assuming you're the main character (i sure don't play cello), it'd be cool to show you and your dad at work, then at home having an exhausted dinner. and then something to show how he doesn't understand you. then he goes to bed, and you suit up and climb out the window. we'll have to scout around for the most bad-ass corner with a street lamp, and it'd also be good to have a like montage of you walking there. any other ideas? also, we should do something some time. gimme a call.
