what a lousy day. teachers don't show up, classes are just write-offs, and i have accomplished nothing today. school is like forced labour. and the work we do, we get paid in marks. it's terrible, i'm hating the system right now. and hating the environment i'm in. it's so condusive to my terribly bad moods. the people are just so stressful ( Read more... )

Dave I gotta admit I agree with you on the school issue.
You could do what I do and don't worry about marks, but thats not in your nature.

I've gotta go with the DP on this one...

With all the Kerry stands for [abortion, same sex marriages, tax hikes], and the fact that he can't make his mind up, he'd be even worse than Bush. I'm not a huge fan of Bush's administration [and by the way, you can't lay all the blame on one man when he doesn't make all the decisions, and the decisions he does make are made upon information given him by others], but I know that as a leader Kerry just isn't fit for the job. He has no guts to stand for something... so he'll fall for anything.

That, and Kerry rhymes with fairy.

And that's just scary.

fair enough, you can have your own opinions. we also have different belief systems, and while no leader is perfect, I would tend to vote going by the issues. what do we really know about kerry? that's he's not bush. yeah. but I swear, if he makes a single wrong move, I am going to friggen laugh in every single one of your faces about how you invest so much trust in someone, and tend to hate someone else. you have your reasons for hating bush, I highly doubt that the majority of the american population knows that. and I'm a capitalist/conservative. kerry is very too liberal and socialist for my liking. and frankly, I could care less about "innocent people dying," because innocent people die all the time. but we pick and choose who we give a crap about.
this was not a personal attack, just a minor rebuttle.

war is not always the answer but
pacifism truly is the most unpatriotic and frankly ignorant stance.
