Jessica killed them all.

CHAPEL: Krauss, the whole time, really had hired a Beatrice look-alike in order to fool his siblings, Natsuhi had no involvement in this charade, Jessica knew everything; but, she wanted out of the whole Ushiromiya family and have a life of her own where she chooses what she wants to do. Chapel, however, really was meant to be a simple party between siblings and their spouses. The key was entrusted to Maria for pure involvement, the chapel was already unlocked before the 7 had entered.
Jessica had stopped by the kitchen earlier on to replace Gohda's baking powder with a powdered cyanide, with the intentions of killing her parents, uncles, and aunts. She knew the servants probably would kill each other if ordered to, and she believed George would simply get depressed, Maria, being her young self, would not show to large of a reaction, and Battler, she didn't really know. He hasn't been in the family conference for 6 years, after-all.
Unfortunate to her plans, Rosa had chosen to return to the guesthouse to get Maria since she knew Maria would enjoy it, but quickly changed her mind upon arrival at the guesthouse after braving the wind and rain of the typhoon. So she went to sleep.
Jessica, after feeling the coast was clear, retrieved the key from Maria's handbag and ran to the chapel, where she discovered her dead aunts and uncles. Feeling up to vengeance for years of being scolded and "corrected", she pulled out a knife she stolen from the kitchen earlier on in the day, and cut open her mother's and father's stomach. After thinking this would draw too much suspicion to her, she did the same to the other 4 dead.
Jessica, being a little weak of a girl, didn't like the sight of their cut open stomachs, so she tried stuffing it with the candy laid out on the table. This proved unsuccessful, so she proceeding to rip out as much of their innards as she can. Afterwords, she proceeded to stuff their stomachs.
She still could not go unnoticed, though.
Whilst she was doing this act, the fake Beatrice had returned to see how the party was doing, carrying in 3 gold bars that were to go to each of Krauss' siblings. Feeling as though this would put an end to her murder, Jessica stopped the fake Beatrice and told her that if she were to help massacre the family before the next night was over, then the two of them could hunt for her grandfather, Kinzo's, gold. The fake Beatrice was persuaded, and Jessica asked her to write a letter, addressed to herself, as though to make it seem like the fake Beatrice had committed the crime.
They both returned to their sleeping quarters and the night went on.

Jessica's room: After Kanon had tended to Jessica, and he stepped out into the corridor, he had caught onto Jessica's intentions. He returned to Jessica's room where he went on to interrogate her, trying to prove she's the criminal. Jessica, taking advantage of Kanon's feelings, put on an act of suicide, where she opened her window and said she would jump. Kanon, having feelings for Jessica, ran to stop her. That's when she pushed him out the window. Jessica found this troublesome to her plans once more, with Kanon gone missing after staying with Jessica. She prepared a fake body that she then stabbed in the back with one of the seven stakes of purgatory. She placed the master key in her doppelganger's pocket and left the room to go see if Kanon had died from the fall.
After discovering the body, she threw it into the ocean and returned to her room to hide.
Jessica then noticed something about the two murders she had been a part of: it followed the epitaph. Using a walkie-talkie she keeps in her room, secretively to her parents and the servants, she radioed the fake Beatrice and asked her to proceed with the killing in order after "those who are close".
When Rosa and the rest arrived at her room, she snuck out, then Rosa checked the room to see if anyone was hiding anywhere. To her dismay, she could not find a soul.

The servant's room: When the remaining servants had all gathered in the servant's room to chill-out, Jessica appeared. Nanjo ran up to check if she was still okay, and Kumasawa just wanted to hug her. Jessica slit both of them in the throat then yelled at Genji, Gohda, and Shannon, in an ordering fashion, "If the three of you wish to leave this room without dying of bloodloss, 'Kanon did it'"
Shannon, both shocked, and appalled questioned her. Asking her why she's doing such a thing, and why she isn't afraid of the three of them just overpowering her. Jessica responded "You're servants, you wouldn't attack a member of the Ushiromiya family." Subduing them. Genji then asked what they should do if Rosa wants greater detail. She responded by saying that they should say they don't know, but it happened before their very eyes.
After the servants left, Jessica radioed the fake Beatrice asking her to write a letter while she carries the two deceased servants out of the room.

Natsuhi's room: While Jessica was off stabbing Nanjo's and Kumasawa's bodies in the knee and leg, the fake Beatrice had noticed George, Shannon, and Gohda run into the mansion and towards Natsuhi's room. When they got in, she put something in the lock that would prevent it from locking. While the door had a crack open, she stabbed Gohda in the stomach. She then opened up the door, George had charged to her to attack, so she stabbed him in the chest. Shannon, now alone and defenseless, lifted the mirror in a clueless state, hoping that would do some good. The fake Beatrice threw one of the seven stakes of purgatory (which Gohda, George, Nanjo, and Kumasawa were stabbed with) at Shannon and it struck her in the head. She then proceeded to dirty the door with blood and leave.
