erm. i dunno. our jury is out on "going" or not... it does look mighty 'authentico' but muy republican/christian/we're amerikhun. so "could be fun" but teeters on "a living hell", too. i'm curious, so we'll see... i'll let ya know if we do, for sure.
...which is to say, when I read the back of the flyer, there were a lot of rules & regulations they expect the crowd to follow, and the acts seemed to emphasize music with a Christian flavor :( I'm more used to the bluegrass scene out west, which is really laid-back. I dunno. What do you think?
Ah, I couldn't tell that just going by the front of the flyer. No idea - I'm just familiar with the Northeast area bg fests, which tend to be either laid back or (in the case of Grey Fox in NY) downright hedonistic. I'm sure Maryland has its own feel, for better or worse, so I abstain from offering any opinion, as I obviously don't know the culture there.
