Perhaps you should see some sort of specailist? Psychiatrist, Insomnia doctor or otherwise...but maybe it's just that you want to come home so badly, and you'll just sleep while you're here...take care.

my guess is that it is either stress from exams or excitement of coming home, There is no way im gonna catch up on sleep while i am there, i may not sleep at all

bust over to a health food store and pick up some valerian root. on fight club when jack went to a doctor for insomnia thats what he suggested. you seem very stressed out. just take it easy, its gonna be fine. time will go slower if you watch the clock, just don't think about it and it will fly by.

valerian root eh?? perhaps, either that or wake ups. Wouldn't wake ups be the catharthis solution to insomnia?? im thinking so. i'll try not to think of time

Go for a walk and give yourself time to just focus on the rest of the world for a moment. That way when you get home there should be no distractions from the outside world.
And if that fails at least you killed some time while walking.
Also try going to the gym, maybe your body doesn't feel like it's getting the proper exercise and it needs to be worked before it will let you fall asleep completely.
anyways call me when you get home and we have to do something, (937-5554)

Even without naps for one day, you will be tired but you've gotten yourself into such a routine that it will take more than one shot to get it back to normal. Do the same thing and make sure that you don't nap, or if you do, try and limit yourself. Maybe don't take a 7 hour one late at night. They say that anything longer than 15 minutes during the day will throw you off. So take a 15 minute one then find something to occupy yourself with. I thought of something that you could do. Write songs, or make up new melodies. You have a volume button on your keyboard so you won't disturb anyone. If not that then do some abstract research on a random subject or question that you've always been curious about. It could work. And about the sleeping when someone was writing to you, it's good that you were because that person shouldn't have been up at that late/early hour so don't feel bad about not being awake during that time. Just wait until Christmas though, I have a solution for all of these problems. And though it might seem like the shortest ( ... )

i've went today without naps so far, i am tired and feel kinda sick right now so i think i am going to take one soon. no more then an hour though. The melodies/songs idea is good. i will attempt it. most things that i have been curious about i have laced into and researched the answer to, but if anything new arrises i will save the research till a time when i need it to stay awake. I still wish i could of been awake when that message arrived. I will take every opprotunity i can get to talk to this person even though i do most everyday anyways. What is your solution to these problems when i get home at christmas, or do i have to wait till then to find out. Trust me, i will take full advantage of the time i have there, i will sleep minimally if at all, i don't want to miss a thing.
PS, even if it gets boring?
