What if everyone isn't created equal? Why is it considered racist to even ask such questions? Maybe focusing on different cultures strengths is key to the success of humans as a race? Isn't that the current focus in business today - focusing on individuals strengths? Leave a comment

Conceding that other races than our own have their own individual strengths I think is the problem here. He didn't say anything about other races having strengths, he denounced them as 'less'. I think topics like this require a lot of self control and a lot of thought into your comments before you make them; not after, as he's doing now.

He does say later, in that article, that his words have no scientific basis. I wonder what his real feeling is.
