On a more upbeat note (I'm starting to calm down and feel a bit better now ...) I saw March of the Penguins last night, and I can't recommend it more highly. It's sweet, awe-inspiring, beautifully filmed, heart-warming and very educational, too. I loved it.

I'm going to get a penguin icon ...

I want to see it, but I hear there's some parts that are painful for animal lovers to watch. Is this true?

A little, yes -- it's got a couple of sad parts. But there are so many heartwarming parts ... the sad stuff is just the circle of life -- not all of the penguins can make it. But there's nothing graphic -- it's all handled really tastefully.
