well, you know, i'm not sure she would have. she was only eleven when she pretty much left the muggle world, which would have been in 1991, so they were very new then. but no, she definitely wouldn't have heard of ai, and i've seen so many fanfic writers use songs like 'boulevard of broken dreams' and others from that album.

Ah, that's very true - I hadn't thought about that. But I would picture that to be around her mid-teens, anyway, where kids her age would be listening to that kind of music, and GDay would be larger, too.

But today in english class, we were talking about 'willing suspension of disbelief' - this seems to be a situation where that is necessary. ^_-
