I swear to god, this "career path" thing is infuriating. I can't do this thing until I do this first, and I can't do THAT until I do this other thing...if I'm not careful, I'll find myself with an impossible string of things I have to do "first." And then I will be doing these things for 20 years and will never reach the end! Take for example the

Yes but I am recovering today. And the hot chocolate helps me, believe it or not. ;) 2 more days of xmas, then a week or so of returns and mad gift card usage, and then it should go back to the boring job it is and I'll be okay.

I'm just torn now; I don't want the supervisor position anymore, but who am I kidding, I'll probably be at Borders another 8 months, so I could use the money and the star on my resume...
