There are a couple of discussions on AO3 which might be of interest: Meta on Professional Dominatrices and Meta on London BDSM scene. PennyPaperBrain who wrote the second of those, has also just published a novel about BDSM: details on her LJ. I've no idea what it's like, but some of her other writing is good.
