So I'm going to be heading to Violet and I was wondering if anyone could maybe tell me about the pokemon on the way and maybe what supplies I should stock up on and are the pokemon significantly stronger than the ones before Cherrygrove? I haven't exactly trained my pokemon like some people have

Well, I was staying there in the first place with the hope that maybe my wife would appear here. That hasn't happened in a month. Not to say that it still couldn't happen, but I'm going to go out and search for her.
