We must have been twins separated at birth Teri! In my case today it is math. I hate math. I am NOT a number person, I'm a word person. I consider myself a reasonably intelligent human being until numbers cross my path. They become huge green monsters with red eyes and yellow fangs that crouch over the top of me, casting a huge shadow,

You're right! We must have been twins separated at birth! I don't have quite the problem with numbers and it is close! My whole family has a problem with switching everything around, so although I didn't get any special help, at least I did get support from them. I don't understand mothers and fathers who get frustrated and angry over things like that and I never have! I switch around numbers and letters, both writing and speaking. I have one sister who was a real genius at math until the year they started doing all the drills at school for being bombed ... I'm thinking this must have been WWII. She was very young. They scared the heck out of her and they always came during math class. It took years for her to realize why she had such a block when it came to math and she never has quite conquered it. I'm just totally intimidated by math. It doesn't make sense to me and I never had a good teacher teaching it. Although my family didn't get upset about my inability in math, my teachers sure did!
