I don't find that this was a bummer for me, at least ... in the respect that letting it out and writing about and sharing it can only lead to some healing; at least this one hopes it will! Somehow or another we have to open it all up and let it out - let ourselves and the world see our scars. I think in the sharing we found out we are loved regardless of anything else. The child within, regardless of the beautiful adult you have become, must feel somewhat unlovable because of your experiences ... and that isn't true now and it wasn't true when you were a child, my friend. Write it all out, let that pain come to the outside and know that I will be holding your hand for as long as you need me to! Rock your wounded child and hold her close, let her know that she and you, are not alone. I'm holding you both close in my heart, Teri
