1. photo-filled entries (just as long as they are cut--especially if they are wide)
   
2. short rants
   
3. birthday/i-love-this-person entries

I'd add one more to your pet peeves list -- people who don't use thumbnails and merely resize their enormous pix. It takes such a long time to load!
